Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided items meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Original swing tags attached
  • Returned in original clear packaging

Return Restrictions

Returns will not be accepted if items show any signs of use, including:

  • Perfume scent
  • Makeup or deodorant marks
  • Any indication of wear

Items that don't meet our return criteria will be sent back to the customer. We maintain the right to decline refunds when return guidelines aren't followed.

Shipping Costs

We want you to love your order. If you need to return or exchange an item, please note that the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For orders that qualified for free shipping through a promotion, refunds will exclude shipping costs if the final order value drops below the free shipping threshold. A processing fee may apply to large returns.

Hygiene Items

For health and safety reasons, hijabs and under caps can only be returned if completely unworn and untried. Hijab magnets are final sale items and cannot be returned under any circumstances.
