After your order is dispatched, the shipping carrier assumes full responsibility for delivery. We cannot guarantee or control delivery timeframes once items are in the carrier's possession.

Delivery Procedures

Parcels will only be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Carriers are not authorized to leave packages with neighbors. If you're unavailable during delivery, the carrier will leave a notification card with instructions for rescheduling delivery.

Tracking Information

You'll receive an email containing your tracking number and carrier details once your order ships.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Hijab Boutique cannot be held liable for non-delivery or lost packages resulting from incorrect address information provided at checkout.
